Breaking the Toxic Bonds Between Empaths and Narcissists

Do you crave healthy, meaningful relationships? Do you repeatedly find yourself giving too much, while receiving too little? Do you worry that practicing boundaries and self-care makes you a narcissist?
Please join us for this illuminating discussion, where we’ll begin to explore the energetic and karmic ties between empaths and narcissists. We will examine the origins of these relationships, why such patterns tend to repeat themselves, and ways to begin to shift the story.
This will be an introductory discussion of a vast subject. You may wish to bring implements for notetaking or journaling. If response is strong, we can continue to explore, reflect, and share in future circles.

About Erin Moeller
Erin Moeller has endured a lifetime of covert narcissistic abuse, at the hands of those she believed loved her. She is well-versed, and deeply invested in exposing and healing this insidious phenomenon. She will share her tragic story, in order to illustrate the extremes these relationships can reach. Erin is also a certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and hypnotherapist.
