Women’s Self-Care Drum Circle

In this fast-paced world that we live in we can be easily distracted by outside variables that may or may not be within our control. Absorbing events such as family or workplace drama, social media, and current affairs can leave us feeling out of balance and create disharmony within ourselves.
At times, we need to release the effects of outside influences and turn our attention inward to counter the negative feelings that we may be acquiring. This is when the need for self-care surfaces. But what is self-care, and what actions should we take to claim it for ourselves so that we can find wholeness within ourselves? How can we take time to acquire self-care when we are busy with the needs of others?
This drum circle will be a deep dive into the concept of self-care as we learn to recalibrate our body, mind, and spirit so that we may reclaim our personal power.
