Spring Vitality: Sound Healing with Ann Grace
Relax and Revitalize into Being
With Ann Grace, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT

During this 90 minute workshop, we’ll relax deeply and recalibrate the layers of our Being using the tools of breath awareness, guided meditation, and sound vibration.
Ann will create a tapestry of sound, woven together by the golden threads of authentic Himalayan Singing Bowls, her voice, and other healing sound instruments to help dislodge stagnation on a cellular level. Using Vedic and Buddhist mantras, she calls in divine energies to guide and aid us on our healing journey back to wholeness.
You are welcome in whatever state of being you are in. Bring any extra props you need to be comfortable in a reclining posture; some will be provided.
About Ann Grace MacMullan,
E-RYT 500, is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist candidate. She has completed Level 1 Atma Buti® Sound Healing Method and integrates sound healing techniques into her practice when appropriate. She strongly believes in the therapeutic value of sound for everyone, no matter what age or state of being.
