Relationship Empowerment Circle
Facilitated by Pax Shanti and Lorri Darbes
The health of our relationships is one of the single greatest determinants of overall well-being. If you repeatedly find yourself linked with narcissistic, antagonistic, or abusive personalities, it’s time to shift that pattern.
On the 3rd Wednesday of each month, we will gather in the safety of Heart Space, to explore the nature of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships. Each circle will examine a different sub-topic, offer pertinent tools for change, and conclude with a guided grounding practice.

Pax Shanti
The product of two narcissistic parents and a trauma-bonded marriage, Pax has done lifelong battle with relentless feelings of shame, guilt, and utter worthlessness. It took a massive personal tragedy at the age of 45 to reveal the full depth and magnitude of her wounding. Now a certified, trauma-informed yoga instructor, EFT practitioner, and hypnotherapist, Pax is dedicated to helping guide others towards the Truth of who they are, free from the constraints of the past.
Parentified at the age of nine by her mother, Lorri was forced to become the primary caregiver
for her family. As Lorri became of age, she joined the U.S. Army at eighteen to seek refuge from
the mental and emotional abuse that she endured during her childhood.
After intensive self-work, she emerged from her trauma to stand in her personal power and
wholeness. Lorri is a certified Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, and Spiritual Life Coach.
Through drumming, meditation workshops, and teachings, she has worked in conjunction with
the Department of Veterans Affairs to help returning veterans to cope with survivor’s guilt,
military sexual trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
