“Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga W/ Pranayama Breath Series”

This class is a slow flow hatha yoga class incorporating vinyasa style as
Class space is limited so it is required that you preregister. Wearing a mask is required if you are not vaccinated. Good for everyone, to have a mask on hand, should you feel it may be needed. It is asked that we each be kind and mindful of the health and wellbeing of each person. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.
Janine Oliver has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for 5 years. Janine currently teaches yoga and meditation in the Lansdowne, Ridley and Springfield areas. Janine is a counselor and psychology instructor, along with being trained in anxiety reduction via therapeutic yoga and meditation. Janine has studied all aspects of yoga practice, receiving her 200 hour yoga instructor training in SampoornaYoga—The Yoga of Fullness—in Yogi Hari’s Ashram in Mirimar, Florida. During this 2-week intensive training while living at the Ashram—Janine studied Hatha, Nada, Karma, Raja,Bhakti and Gyan Yoga. Janine is also a certified Yoga NidraPractitioner and often weaves these multiple techniques in her practice.
