Taking A Breather…

Monday can be a very tough day. It is the start of a new week where many of us just do the same thing. For many it is just a running schedule. Caring for children, and parents, providing for our families, paying the bills, going to school, navigating our fears and anxieties and on and on and on, with our very sacred life and journey in it. Can you allow just a little time to stop? I promise that it will feel good to allow your heart to expand and for your spirit and soul to stretch. A little time out for you, a little breather between the you and you. Good to know where they merge and separate. This is a self appreciation practice to offer to you what you offer to others.
This is a practice for everyone. If you are new to meditation or if you have a practice. I keep it simple and interesting for all levels.
Our process will be very simple; 1) To deep listen. 2) To be still. 3) To share your experience if you so wish.
