Tonglen Meditation Practice
Tonglen is a Buddhist loving kindness practice that any and all can do. It offers us an opportunity to feel and hold both our pain and suffering, and all those who suffer in similar ways, while we also offer love, compassion and healing. It is a powerful practice for both holding and releasing.
While we are living in such times of great awareness of the suffering that exist, within us, and all around us, this meditation gives us the space to sit with it, to hold it, and to offer it healing, and the love that it is requesting from us. It leaves one feeling as though they touched the suffering of the world with a beam of light and love.
