Led by Jennifer Davis
We will start the class by slowly easing into our (likely stiff) muscles with subtle body movements before building heat with flow. We will build on that foundation going deeper into our muscles alternating between poses of strength and lengthening. Expect twists throughout to assist in the elimination of lactic acid build-up and toxins from other means such as consumption. Cool down will focus on supported poses for a deeper stretch. Class will end with an extended savasana to absorb all of the benefits of your work before you continue on with your day, only now with a recovered body and mind.
