Dear Friends and Community,
I would like to welcome all those new here to this Heart Space Community. This is a weekly email that offers a bit of a refection, as well as the weeks schedule, announcements, and upcoming events. Heart Space is an opportunity to move gently into your greater knowing, and true intuitive intelligence. I feel certain that this is a good time for us all, as we endeavor to navigate our rapidly changing world. Actually because of this time we are being guided to stretch towards our knowing hearts. What we are living through is a master class. It carries the seed within it that allows us to turn towards ourselves for the answers that only our life and experience can offer.
I would also like to offer my gratitude for all that showed up to our special event with the Mamos and Zagas. I thank Denise and Micheal for the honor of hosting. And I thank the Mamos and Zaga, and the Luiz the interpreter. What a beautiful evening listening to them as they shared their wisdom stories fro their heart and home. What’s In A Rainbow?…
I think here I will be speaking to the more subtle aspects of a rainbow. Not the science or the facts about them, but rather what they invoke in me, and in others too. Rainbows, to me, indicate something higher, something better than before, like when the rain stops, and the sun reappears. Rainbows brings a lightness to us that is clearly heart activated.
Rainbows are a graduated spectrum of light offering change and transcendence through color and their vibrational energy. There is movement in this. As Above So Below, As Within As Without. We carry them inside of us as chakras. This is a sacred architecture that moves us from our dense biology, our identities, our emotional accumulations, our will, our purifying heart, finding our truthful voice, clear sight, true self and Spirit. This is true transcendence, aligned with something greater than ourselves and our true nature.
And while it is our life experience that opens our awareness to change and transcendence, whether we know of the chakras or not, the wheels of energy that they are, turn in vibrant color,working with us to be more like a river, rather than a stagnant pond. We are here to grow and transcend, transmute an transform.
We are in a rainbow, and rainbow is in us. It should be no surprise that the Pride rainbow is the universal symbol of LGBTQIA+ community. Representing individual transcendence, mutual respect, hope, safety, support and love for our human diversity through sexual expression. Red for life,orange, healing, yellow, sun, green, nature,turquoise, creativity, indigo, serenity, violet, Spirit. The movement of colors through our life.
We are all in the movement of becoming, transitioning, transcending and transforming. We are all “trans” people of one sort or another. And while we each are doing that akin to our own path and journey, we do each other, and ourselves a world of good, to honor the sacred beings that we are, to respect each other, and to do no harm to one another in thought or deed. What a different world it would be if we could just adjust to the existential allowing we all exist in to live with no judgement and Love.
We are living in the rainbow of a master class. Everyday there is opportunity to Love a bit more than we did the day before. To be kinder, and to live from the heart of our true intelligence. To be a soft mat for one another to feel safe to fall upon. I suppose the best we each can do for right now is to know who that is for each of us.
The Four Immeasurables
May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May all beings rejoice in the well-being of others.
May all beings live in peace and equanimity, free from hatred and greed.
