Dear Friends and Community,
I do apologize for being late with the mail.Some never know it didn’t arrive,and some actually wait for it. It is a way of checking in, for letting folks know there is still something that is the same. and dependable. But, we all know that even the most dependable things will at times not show up quite the same as before. This is one of those time.
So you know, our website, at least from an administrative perspective, is not working for me today.It is being looked into and hopefully will be back up tomorrow. Any events that are posted will not be linked in this email, however to the public it may be available.
We all are attending to something. In every little thing there is something bigger and in every big thing there are the smaller details to address. For me personally, I am having to give my body and health more attention than I normally have to. If we get to live long enough, we will usually encounter the structure we exist in, needing some greater attention, and repair. That is where I am. I will have to give myself the time and space to do that. Not sure all that will entail at the moment, but soon enough I will know. And if it effects the schedule I will let you know.
I know there will be more to get into but at the moment I just want to inform you that things might have to be changed up a bit. That is the best I can offer at this time.
I will have a bit more down the page after the schedule and announcements.
I hope to be able to to offer drum circle on Friday and my class next Sunday. If I cannot I will be sure to let you know.

There will be no Monday evening meditation.
Thursday March 19 ~ 7 to 8:30 PM ~ True River Sangha
Friday March 20 ~ 7 to 8:30 PM ~ Heart Space Drum Circle
Sunday March 22 ~ 10 to 11 AM ~ Rise and Shine Yoga
Sunday March 22 ~ 2 to 5 PM ~ Altars and Other Sacred Necessary Things.

What Are We Attending…
We all in some way are passing through loss and grief, be it personal and profound loss, health issues and concerns, or the collective grief of a world at war, the dysfunction of men in power that possess no true power. We are sighing together. Some sigh with knowing, some in ignorance, and yet a sigh is but a sigh.
What if we gave sighing our time and attention? Seeking what is unknown in them, or seeking more deeply what is already realized. Loving and caring for ourselves in such a way that we learn to love and care for everyone. That is our true power. Simple truths are the most difficult to be fully realized. Not impossible. We have to have the will for knowing more. The will to seek for more and better answers. The will to learn not to settle so much for false power that brings nothing but long sighs.
False power is buried not only in people, it is buried in what we have been told to believe and trust in, tucked neatly into every structure we grew up depending on. Every one of them. Attending to ourselves is the the only hope we have at this point. This seeing who we most truly are is paramount to the better world we were all told we could have, we could dream of, imagine and create. The one that only love will give us.
We are better than what we see only if we are better at giving it our attention to see why it has prevailed so far, and for so long. We are better when we stop breathing life into things, people, governments, hell bent on chaos and destruction.
We are all being attended to at this time.We are being held in what can never be undone. And in that hold we are being spoken to and asked to give ourselves the attention we will need to realize the Love we are here to both give and receive. It is not a time to take sides to determine who it might be okay to destroy,maim, or kill. It is well over time that we stop settling our differences in this way. Perhaps we grow up and learn to be intelligent for a change and stop hurting the hurt that living, by itself, incurs.
My heart is with all those attending to their sighs, their grief and broken hearts. To all of us attending to ourselves, and to all those we love.
May peace prevail on Earth.
