Dear Friends and Community,
I sure hope you have been enjoying the lusciousness of this weeks weather; the wind, the chill, the swirling dance of red, orange, gold, brown and green leaves, the Sun, the magnificent Clouds, and the most stunning clear Beaver Moon. And of course the spirit in every detail clearing a way for a well needed exhale.
Not so sure what earned the exit of so many on this page after last weeks mail, but sometimes such clearing is necessary. I honor all those here, and all those who leave. Life is just like that…holding, waiting, holding, and letting go and letting go, and letting go. Wishing all of us beings to find peace in our hearts, so that love becomes the answer to all our questions.
I want to offer a note of gratitude for all those who showed up for the Reading Faire in Heart Space. I will call it a success that we will offer again. Thank you both, Judy and Ingrid for the joy and spirit we were able to step into sitting with you. These new events, and the crystal healing by Melinda have offered powerful healing direction for those who have stepped into them. They will continue to be on the schedule.
A note about the Changing Seasons Circle. This will be the last week you can step in to begin. I feel and hope I will be able to offer this workshop once a year.
Please be reminded that there is no Yoga this Sunday.

The Winnowing Exhale…
When the field of vision becomes so full, so saturated with the pain, harm and aggression of presumptuous power and greed, a once uncertain glance, becomes more certain, and even clear, that what is growing in the field is a danger for everyone. A field like that become a field of consciousness, what is called a Buddha field…or a Christ field of awareness…field of knowing.
It might look like lots of things, and may mean different things for each of us. But in truth, it is something blowing through the field of what we are experiencing in order for us to do something different to make it clear that more of us than before can see the danger.
That is the way I feel about the outcome of this weeks elections. More of us are seeing. More of us are unwilling to agree with the previous instructions to just go along with it. More can see what is happening, and more than before want it to end. And let me be more clear, the Buddha field, the Christ consciousness, the field of knowing, is our hearts opening to the next things to ensure we stay true to what is next. There is so much more of the chaff that must be winnowed, within our poisonous political structures and within ourselves to be able to keep moving to the heart of things and towards the realm of joy rather than fear.
This is the wind, the movement that many of us knew was in the making. Eventually the pain would be realized and felt, either for ourselves or for others, or both. We really do care and we made that known. We see in this round a lot of chaff blowing in the wind. Is it clear what we want? What you want? Is is clear what is possible? We never have had perfection in our government.In some ways the groundwork was laid for the special interest of some and the elimination of others. We endured. And now with this particular extrapolation of imperfection, we see the wrecking ball in our back yards, threatening our way of life, and the means we built to live it.
This wind is a strong one. I wonder sometimes if all the talk about windmills is a deep symbolic knowing that so long as the wind moves, it will eventually move all the debris from our field of vision. And we will realize the danger, and we will see what needs to go, and we will know how remove it.
The vote is in! More are seeing what needs to go. This is a new day that was so needed and we feel exuberant joy around our hearts for those that are now seeing and choosing to empower their lives rather than give it away.
Someone asked me that as a person who shares “spiritual” thoughts and teachings, shouldn’t I ignore the politics? I will answer here for others who may wonder likewise. My response is, “if we do not bring our spirit, our heart, our holy sacredness, our love for life, into every aspect of our life, we will not only live in disharmony, we will fool ourselves into believing that there is none at all, that we are not related to each other, that we are separate from each other, or to the Spirit that has left us us here with each other to create and co-create a symphony together. Any of my efforts are first to allow one to unify themselves. And to know that anything after that takes care of itself. In that we learn that all that we are engaged in becomes the servant to our harmony. A means towards and end. Never an end unto itself.
A most difficult work to do, yet not an impossible one. And out of it there are moments of great clarity. And I feel we are in one.
