SOS... - Heart Space at Seven Stones

Dear Friends and Community,
It wasn’t until I had sent the email last week that I immediately saw the news of the murder of Alex Pretti. The plan for the day was to head to the shop to see the ice sculpture we had made for the Media Ice Sculpture event. It was the 1st time we had participated. We, and our Seven Stones family had decided to honor the life of Renee Good. We decided on a sculpture in the shape of a whistle that said Be Good.
We gave out whistles and a informative pamphlet on ICE, should and if we encounter them. The weather was perfect for the event. And as of right now, the ice sculpture is still holding form, yet missing Alex Pretti’s name.

I walked the event up and down State Street, not numb from the cold, but simply numb and in shock over a 2nd murder in Minnesota. It registered in most of us. I stayed that way until I awoke on Monday feeling on fire. Having to do something. Having to join forces with Minnesotans. In love there is no distance. In LOVE there is no “other”. In LOVE there is only One.

Both Renee and Alex gave their life as a sacrifice for the oneness they felt in loving their neighbors, helping and supporting them, standing up and in between them speaking their last, not so threatening, words; ” I am not mad at you”, and “Are you okay”?

We cannot miss what they gave. We cannot make this less than what this is. And we cannot allow their sacrifice to be for nothing. Minnesotans know that, and they want everyone to know that. We each need to step into our own fire and use all of our senses, all our brilliance, all our know how and smarts, all our love and the heart,to support and aid, this, for surely tired army. “Love lights the way”, Molly (my Deer) told me, as I painted her this past week. Love will be the fuel that we can offer to those relentlessly marching, and assisting their neighbors. We can do many things at once. What does that look like?

SOS…
Save our souls. Save our ship.Save our spirit. A distress call. Who is sending it? Who hears it? Who can see the danger? We all should give this some honest attention. People don’t sacrifice their life for nothing. See with the eyes of your soul. Hear with the ears of the heart.The reality of rescue is that there will be no God to save us, as it is the God within that must. There is no Christ returning, if we are not the Christ returned. Do we dare step into that much LOVE? Minnesotans are.

I can hear their tired request for more help. It sounds like a prayer unutterrd, a request for strength, and courage. No matter where we are we can render support for this weary army. We must stand up where we are. Push back where we can. March when possible. Speak out, we have loud voices…call your local representatives.There is this practical support of doing what we each can do to keep our attention fixed on this effort. We have to face the reality that this about something bigger. It is creating a precedent for interference in the mid term elections. Declare regular citizens domestic terrorist and call insurrection to flood many cities with the armed paramilitary force. At the end of this email I will provide a link for you to consider. It is a check list for what one can do. There are some organizations working closely in Minnesota to aid both those being sought and the “neighbors” marching, protesting, to help them. Providing food and aid. We can contribute to them if we are able.
We all can be useful in a way that feels right for us. Our lives do not have to stop completely, but they should stop some.

And there are the ways more closely linked to the heart and spirit, that is the secret fire, the knowing that we are doing something to save and salvage our humanity and perhaps a democracy,to break the moral poverty that so many have allowed to leach into their life and poison their thinking towards others.

I use the term “the” heart, not our heart. This is the heart that allows us to feel,see and hear as a conscious oneness, and it holds the immortal imprint of our divine soul. “Our” hearts are personal, they carry the imprint of our biology, and they are mortal.They will stop beating, they will die. We cannot see oneness through them until they are healed through “the” heart we each have to see each other as having the divine right to be here. No one is illegal. No one is an alien.

In that heart we each carry with us are the many spirit helpers, angles and most healed ancestors. Imagine that army. Ponder the help we have to call on, and call on them. We can through this portal gain access to the infinite energy that can fuel us and fuel a movement that stands in behalf of their neighbors safety. We all are neighbors.

We are seeing that in Minnesota and everywhere we are standing up for them. We are tapping into our unity, and no matter what it is that one might call it, it is from “the” heart and merges us into one heart. That merges us into the oneness of nature and all that is alive. It is the Universal Oneness that allows us to breathe together and allows us to conspire together, no matter the distance, as the Universe conspires with us, because there is no distance when we are merged in “the” heart.We need not be doing the same thing, just something. We need not be thinking about it 24/7, because in “the” heart our conscious awareness is total. Like the hum of existence, we are in vibration, like a new mom, never forgetting the baby, doing hundreds of things, yet always awake to its needs, even when she’s asleep. In vibration.

Was it the sacrifice of Renee and Alex that jolted us awake to see through a new portal more collectively? That has united us? That has transcended us? That has allowed us a bit more bravery and courage to stand up to those in power who are not only liars, but also murderers, something they have always been throughout our history, now emboldened to be so in the light of day, in front of many cameras. And impoverished morally, iced over and cold blooded, indifferent to humanity, telling us not to believe what we see. In standing up for each other and in the flow of LOVE we are clear about what this is for. The SOS is coming from inside the house, from within each of us, to each of us. We have separately seen enough. We have shed many tears alone. Now we need to be united. We have to know we tried. We have to hope in each other, knowing that for all our efforts, love may be loves only reward. And to trust that on the infinite level, their is no failure in that.

Recently, I was asked what it means to be a spiritual person. I feel it means we care about every aspect of our life. We are attentive to how we grow, and what we do. We know in some way we are on loan in this world, not even our breath can we hold for too long. Something more allows us to be here on purpose. A spiritual person wants to know what that purpose is. It is a crazy game I will admit. But no matter what we are here to do, we are here to offer it in abundance and with LOVE. I feel when we realize this we enter into grace, and grace is how we do what we do. With the arm of grace we get as far as grace will allow.

Attend your altars, however and wherever they arise. Pray your prayer, call on your army, trust in the flame that arises in you.
A burst of energy, a flood of tears, movement that can only be collaboration to conspire with Love together.
