Dear Friends and Community,
The first lines are the most difficult, especially when I realize how many are on this email. I always know that the odds are against everyone being all good. Life happens all around and so quickly that we all will get our turns to feel not so well, or not so happy, or not so right with the world. So for all those receiving this mail that may be experiencing some hardship, sickness, and or sorrow, I hope you have the support you need to see your way through with love and grace.
Life is sacred, even when, and perhaps most especially when things feel upside down. Did you ever wonder, I mean stop and wonder, after we have been through something awful, ” how did I get through that”?
It always feels as if time stood still. It allows us to realize how much we are supported and guided through the worst times of our life. How we are moved through it until we realize we are on the other side of it. Existence gave us life and remains with us for all times in loving support of us. It loves our joy and is there for us when we are hurting. It can feel the weight of us and so it holds us.
And it arrives just when we need it and in just the way we need it. It might arrive through others you know,or strangers, in words, in a cloud formation in the sky, or in the song of a favorite bird, and in a million other sacred ways, unique to what we need. But it comes, because we are loved. But we can miss it if we do not accept that life will sometimes hurt. If we take it personally. If we feel we deserve more or better.

Life Is Sacred…
The more we grow in our awareness the more we realize, understand and feel the sacredness of life. All life. The more we realize, the more we feel our connection to all things alive. The Earth, and all of nature, and all its creatures. the Heavens, the Moon, the Sun and all the Stars and Planets, and the vastness of Space. The more we realize the more separateness fades away. And until we can experience our connection we will be at a loss to love.
Love is the most sacred of all.When we feel it we also feel the sacredness of life. They go hand in hand. We learn to trust in where life leads us, takes us. And also to what life brings. We move in harmony with with or we increase our suffering. Life, and every event is our teacher. The ones that hurt the most will offer the most love and support for us. We will be guided in our life to the next best thing to do.
What brought us here is sound, solid, and unchanging. It moves according to it own schedule. It has its own cosmic blueprint and we are on it. Its love for us is constant as we hold a fragment of Its light in us. We are part of Its wholeness. All it wants is for us to experience that light in us and realize we are forever connected to all of life’s energy.
All that Existence wants to do for us we can understand as parents, as spouses, as friends. We want to hold and support and guide all those we love. But we know one has to be accepting of the help and not resistant to the truth about life and their relationship with it.
All things must pass except Love. Love keeps us in its vibration and welcomes us into the next place we are to be. May it be so that you live and breathe on Loves vibration.
