Dear Friends and Community,
I am re-surfacing after a week away from the usual things. I am re-surfacing to meet the changes of this time we are in. I am sorry that I forgot to mention that I would not be offering a weekly email while I was away. It was a great time for a pause…perhaps for all of us.
I hope you are weathering the climate we are in…as well also the actual weather. Even when you know the year will be huge, it somehow gets much bigger than one could imagine. And while it is looming very large before us, it is for us to observe and see where we are with it. It has not gotten out of our reach to do that. It should be well within our reach to respond to as we see fit to do. But it is begging for us to give it our attention and intelligence, as well as our heart and soul.To give it our depth. To scratch the surface of our being-ness to evaluate the foundation we have laid our life upon.

Please be mindful that if you preregister for a class the teacher will show up. It is always an expenditure of both anticipation and energy to be present for you. If possible, please let me know if you cannot attend. Your awareness around this is much appreciated.
It seems summer is difficult for getting folks to attend classes so here are a couple of adjustments to the schedule.
Qigong is cancelled until September.
Witchcraft 101 Series will be rescheduled for the Fall.
Mantra will return in the Fall.

Re-Surfacing…
Yes. that is a deep thought. And while there are many who pigeon hole every aspect of life, our human evolution asks us to integrate our human experience with our spiritual potential to allow the human being to emerge to the surface of life finally knowing that every layer rest on a strong foundation and not on shifting sand.
And to make it clear, because I know I can be vague at times, we are the shifting sand. We are the ones who want what we want. We are the ones with a million thoughts and ideas, creating in our minds our own world. disregarding the law of life and existence, ignorant of the principals of life we are all bound to. It is something at some point we each come to realize in due time, in times such as these.
By contrast, our foundation is divine. Our inner world is one. Where our inner worlds meet there is realization of our unity, of the foundation building blocks that do not shift, or change, but rather assist in changing us…allowing us to see what is possible as we integrate our biology with spirit.
Even though we may perceive the hugeness of this time in the historical context of our country, we must give some reflection to what is even bigger than what we see. Beyond the politics, beyond the chaos, past the shifts and changes of what is changing, past the thoughts of right and wrongness, past the ugly and petty words and accusations, beyond the fear the lies, we each are being called to assess our foundation. To look more deeply at ourselves more than anyone. To assess our own self governance. How much do we align with more self-harm than self-healing?
With more self-loathing than self-loving?With more self-judgement than self- forgiveness? With more grievance than gratitude? We know who we are, what we hope for, what we pray for. We know the ways we want to be more and do more. We know where we are less than we wish we were. We each are given that knowing.
Beyond the time we are in there is more time. What will we leave to our children and grandchildren? Will it be more of the same and perhaps even worse? I feel worse, if we do not pay attention to who we are right now. Who we choose to govern will reflect who we are, even more than the things we want. What we want, the things we want, are part of the shifting sands of time. Who we are might be the same.
The divine foundation is immovable and inexhaustible. Love never dies. Truth cannot be tampered with. Trust is our greatest ally and teacher. Wisdom is Grace at work in us.
Whomever aligns here, no matter what outcomes, will know that what is seen on the surface is what lies underneath. Integrated layers of a whole human being able to weather the storms of cause and effect.
I had this revelation through the night, with many tears I will admit, that it is the Divine that first has a longing for us, that is in fact the longing for Itself, that fragment that belongs to the whole. It is the nature of things that we forget who we are. And the call comes in a variety of ways throughout our many lifetimes. Some listen, most don’t through no fault of our own. And sometimes, perhaps now, there is a collective longing for us to not only see who we our, but to see each other and realize that there is a place to rest beyond the shifting sand.
A place, a foundation, where we can re-surface into, after our long journey separated from each other and the Source that holds us dear, and longs for our return.
A place to begin again.
What is it that we do?
We try.
Why the crystal? It it a Phantom Quartz that reminds me of all the subtle layers of who we are within the body the holds us. So much more than we can see, but not beyond what we can know if we try.
