Dear Friends and Community,
It is funny how things wait for us to give them the attention we wanted to have for them when we were first attracted to them, yet we were not quite there. Only there was the pull, and the attraction towards something bigger, definitely significant, yet more than what we had to offer, or even learn at the time. But it waits. That for me is this Phoenix. I have kept an image of her and this week she flew right towards me and more or less said “now”. And I felt her and still do.

Announcements:
September is the last month for outdoor dining in Media. So in October we will back to scheduling events on Wednesday.
We have had many people interested and asking for readings. We are now actively looking for a variety of readers for a Saturday afternoon maybe twice a month to offer 15 to 30 minute readings.We could accommodate four or five in Heart Space. If you are interested please contact me through this email.
This being a holiday weekend there will be no meditation on Monday, but have decided to offer it on Tuesday.
Women’s Ways Circle has informed me that they will be taking a more extended leave and is looking to be back in January.

Raining Fire…
I can only paint what has arrived in me to feel, along with what is realized, and along with something new being birthed. An it is never just for me , never just about me, it is about all of us together. And this is not about the fires we see and feel burning in our world and in our country. Those fires are destructive. Those fires do not at all want to see our Lady of Fire arising within us for each other.Those fires want to burn up our freedoms and our love, burn up our compassion, and our joy for life. Those destructive fires, the abuse of power fires, want only our fear. There is no creativity in the abuse of power. There is only destruction. People are seen as things once they succumb to fear. We are seen as possessions. We become commodities and pawns, we are as nothing, an we are not safe. And we are not safe.
No, I am feeling a different fire, not that fire. I am too rebellious to give myself over to fear and or to abandon myself, my freedom, and I know that most of us feel the same. The Phoenix is a symbol of creative fire, of being able to rise up from the ashes of our own destructive fires. The Phoenix allows the divine feminine to arise in us. And the divine feminine is a powerful energy for our sacred well-being and that of others. It is a clear and crystalized energy that wants everyone to find their Phoenix, while being held in the warmth of those who have.
We are here to be free and to offer our unique individuality for the creative good. The divine feminine arises in us and fearless, and sees and cares and feels and wants for everyone what it wants for oneself. This fire is not a raging angry fire. It is for sure not destructive. I felt very much at peace painting her and I was so aware of getting a different view of things, an over view with insight that moves us towards a very fierce and fiery love. Not soft or accommodating towards destructive powers. But knowing the healing love that comes from the creative secret fire, from our Phoenix, from our depth. Knowing that we cannot allow the fires of this time to steal our freedoms, our love, our joy, nor that of others, we allow her to bring to ashes all that might stand in our way to be powerful for the good of all beings.
And the divine feminine cries. Her compassion is deep and moves like a river within her. I am offering her to anyone who is still here. I am sending much love to this time. I am holding you in my heart, as we navigate this great disturbance in our country. I mourn with those who are grieving in Minn MN. I trust that our secret fire is the creative and co-creative energy that we need to see us to the other side of this. I feel, we are in deep enough, and in trouble enough, and in danger enough, and not safe enough, that without our fire, without our fearlessness, without our love for each other, there is no other side for a very, long time. And that may be our fate as well. But even then the fiery divine woman within will be needed to create out of those ashes something new.
Our divine feminine uses our heart and intuition to fan the secret flame within us. The divine masculine then, our Dragon, manifest through that wonderful, expansive, powerful and loving energy.So much is possible there. In all the many ways we are rising up to this time, we are in fact raining fire. Our personal fire may feel small, but all fires are needed. You see, from where the Phoenix sees it , it looks a bit like this. I am choosing to see this fire ignited in all those standing up to this dark time. There are many Phoenix/ Dragon’s inhabiting our skies.
