Dear Friends and Community,
What I do sometimes when I need to just chill is play all sorts of games on my phone. Puzzles, Arrows, Words, Solitaire,Mahjong, and when I do not have the time to pull out the paints, I love to Color. I love them all because it helps me to stop a bit to allow new thoughts and ideas to be born. You just have to stop every so often to meet your stillness, to feel the Great and Abiding Stillness we exist in. To experience the sureness of how still it is, in a world that seems to spins too fast.
Playing these games allows you to trick your ego about being quick and smart and strategic…when really you can be moving through a whole other universe that we possess. Cannot let your ego know you are in an attempt to over throw it…to make it a servant to your Still-Point. I have come to realize that it is all about being playful more than we usually are…once you recognize, get a glimpse, of the the Bigger field of play…the more valuable piece of property we all have a deed for. Our life, our breath, our very being, and most of us have a birth certificate. Do we think of ourselves as our most valuable piece of land? Press inward more and more to know that there is no freedom without our own. There is no peace if we are not at peace.

This is a bit of a different summer for me as I get ready for a big surgery. I am busy with my body. It happens, so I am doing what I have to do. I am holding and working with new ideas should all things go good and well. I am trusting they will.
What is on the horizon.
A 2nd Alchemy Class.
A book study group. I will soon reveal the book.

Lady Liberty will never not be a freedom. She knows who she is. She can never be diminished by small minds with small thoughts of limited power. Yes I did say limited. Power looks unlimited only if we do not understand or see, or envision, the expanse that we exist in. And “The Lady” more that just sees it…she knows how deep a freedom has to be to sit for a tea party that we are all invited to attend, while it appears we should be saving something. “Sit a spell and save yourself”, she say.
Peaceful, calm,she knows her depth. All that she represents she is. We cannot make her any less. She wants us to tap into not only her sureness, but also to reflect it, to know to embrace it, respect,trust and LOVE it. She does not trample the Earth with her great stance. She waits for us to realize what power we each can have in knowing what she holds within her image of a welcoming acceptance and grace, that she knows we all have when we allow ourselves to see the inner universe that can and will propel us beyond our thoughts of limitation and division.
“Come, have some tea, sit and feel the great stillness we exist in”. It has taken me 73 years to sit and have a chat with my freedom. To truly know what it is, and how it is utilized in our world of enslaved thinking. And we are all enslaved if we do not feel free. A freedom that can do nothing but be what it is, our true nature that knows itself and wants us to remember. If one holds that they are more than another, better in some way than whom is deemed lessor, that one is more enslaved than those they think less of. We know that, right? She does.
Our Lady Liberty, knows all the Grand Gals. The Oracles, Goddesses and Hags, the Madonnas, the Deities, and The Great Mother of us all, and continues the dance with them still and always. It is a bit of a fiery dance right now…has to be. Out of ashes more and more are seeing the only thing freedom can be.
I know it all looks like a horrible dumpster fire because in a real sense it is. Has to be to see. Not every one wants to see, but it is clear to see that the freedom that any government tries to offer will always be limited to what it is, to what it will or can offer, to whom it chooses to give it…all with conditions and LIMITATIONS.
Our Lady Liberty is a symbol for us. She knows that our freedom is in our belly and that our expansive view is through our heart. Does she cry? Does the Stillness cry? I feel they have tea together very often, as they gently press the Earth inward.
We have to be sure about saving ourselves and respecting our land. To use our land, our life for the good we can do with the new ideas that come up through our belly and our heart in moments that we connect to Great Stillness that IS.
These have been my reflections during this week leading up to this heat storm and the 4th of July. Make of it what you will, the truth is we should sit and have some tea and join her party…have a look at what she is looking at…even for a moment to feel what real freedom feels like. The kind that no one can take from us, from you, the one we own the deed to, while we exist here. The one we have pressed inward to know.
I hope you are staying cool and deeply watered. I wish you a playful weekend…a calm and peaceful weekend. We do not need to add to raising the temperature with thoughts of times gone by when we believed things were better…they just were not this bad. Have a cup of tea with our Lady Liberty and let her speak to you, us, about what we each can see if we press inward. You see she offers from her abundance…I hope we all partake.
