Dear Friends and Community,
I hope this mail finds you well in all the ways that matter most to you in this moment. That is saying alot I know and I know that for some it is just not there…the wellness is not there. And so I say, in all the ways one needs support, I hope there is support, and in all the ways one might need to be heard, or feel loved, or cherished, and nourished, I hope those needs be met. These times seem more grim in many ways for far too many, and we must be open to asking for what we need from those around us. And if we have no one to ask, the ear of Existence is mighty large…even in a whisper It can hear…with words not uttered, It knows.
I will share the calendar and upcoming events, and offer more. Calling this one, “Outward Stretch…Inward Turn” and we must do both to meet the bigness of life, in all the ways it comes at us, and grow up instead of down, using all that we are, to get there. But first the calendar…

Outward Stretch…Inward Turn…
If we are experiencing the inward turn, we know that there were many stretches along the way to get there.
It is a stretch for many to ask for help when it is needed. We don’t think of it like that, but it is. It is a stretch away from our pride, or ego. And every time we make that stretch, there is an inward turn, if we continue to learn that there is no shame in asking for what we need to be well.
The bigness of life demands from us both the stretch and the inward turn if we are to feel we have a grasp on and of ourselves, if nothing more. And we are made for the bigness of life. We have what it takes, all of us has what it takes. And we know it is all just a stretch away.
A movement towards what is new, a stretch of the imagination, forgiveness, apology, an opening of the heart, shedding the old skins of beliefs never lived or actually believed, and trusting the unseen…all these and so much more is both the outward stretch and the inward turn. Two things happening that seem polarized yet bringing union.
We must use all that we are not, to find what we are. We must use our mind and body and ego. We use our life experience; our sorrows and trauma, our deep wounds, our relationships, our love and our fear, all our joys and successes, all that makes us what we are here on the outside, in the world, to find the inward turn towards who we truly are.
The goal was always to grow up. Not just bigger and older, but to mature to the fullness of our humanity, To meet the potential of what is possible for us and to realize the magnitude of our inheritance as infinite beings. To move toward that expanse takes many stretches. The greatest sorrow is to meet with the end of life and not to have stretched some towards that goal.
And the beauty is that we are loved as we are and we are given in this life time all we need to continue to both stretch and turn. It is all like yoga. It is yoga. Bringing into union. Stretching our way into the pose…slowly and patiently. Each stretch belonging to us alone. The pose we get to, ours. No competing for best stretch…or pose. This is our life…your life. We always know when it is time to stretch…and we also know when it is time to make the inward turn. We know when it is time to grow up. It is a human thing…we all meet that moment.
Allow that moment to be the first stretch and the inward turn simply begins.
Nothing feels as good as surrendering to the stretch except realizing the expanse of the inward turn…finding the pose of union with ourselves and all that is.
