Dear Friends and Community,
Dear Precious Light…Hello I am here listening and learning from many ancient vats of wisdom. Allowing them to drop and drip over me, and allowing them to let fly away the obstacles that prevent me from seeing not only, that I belong to that Light, but that we all do. That we are that Light.
The origin of Wisdom resides in me and in everyone. Wisdom resides in us like a Oracle, a perpetual fountain of youth that informs our greater, bigger, more magnificent and precious intelligence that we are alive forever, and we have a time here to remember that, and return to it.
As there is not much of a schedule to offer due to my upcoming surgery, please indulge me with this offering and to those who know and love me, please sit with me, with a cup of tea or coffee, and lets be together to share what in a week we have observed and felt collectively. It was a powerful week. What have we felt?

So it is official my surgery is a go on Sept 8. I am having a hysterectomy and my bladder which has prolapsed will be put back where it belongs. So I know it will take some time to heal before I can be back with my regular offerings. My hope is that it all works out for the best and I heal up well.
Sandy will be stepping in to offer meditation until I can be back.
Sandy is also contemplating some changes for herself, so I will wait before any announcement of her return to Sunday yoga.
I will offer meditation on the Sept7, which is Labor Day.
Thank you to all who have asked and wondered about the surgery. Accepting all prayers and light for me, my family and all those who will care for me, and my team of doctors.

Our Precious Light…
Every once in awhile we feel a week collectively. And we have felt this one very sorrowfully. Light Beams that we appreciated as such, that returned home. Dear Dolly Parton and Dear Tim Curry. Wisdom teaches us that this must occur. That offering to ourselves our best life, a knowing life that shares its light, will in a grand way be preparing for its exit towards its return and next phase. Life and death are not separate things…we must honor them both. Their light is not withdrawn if it remains in us to give to our life the same. The source of existence is never taking anything away from us. It may indicate that we lack the Wisdom of what it actually is. And that is something we can do something about. Not a duty, but a response to our ability to know, to our response to life and death. The Source of Existence, our Light source, our Oracle, that we can inquire of…that loves to hear from us…especially when we learn how to listen to its voice, that often seems very far from where are
and how we have learned to see things. I feel these times open the window to such inquiries.
Death at 80 has to feel like a kind release when one is ready. When one has weathered the many storms of life as well as celebrated and shared in its wonder and awe. What an honor for us to have been pulled in collectively to observe that. Are we not here to observe that? To feel it and be inspired by who they were, and how they lived and what they endured and what they gave and how loved and eventually how they passed into their return.
And then there is Nepal. The collective reminder and shock. The knowing that we are not standing balanced on the Earth, and that we have offered to it instead our imbalance. We have created many imbalances due to what we do not know of Wisdom, and our Oracle…our true balance, and how will we respond to the ability we have to offer our balance to it? I am learning these things too. I am too trying to set things so they are balanced in me, so that what I offer is balance…Wisdom from Lights oracle.
Our responses can heal the imbalance. Our response is the dept we owe for our life here, our breath. What do we have to offer as currency for the the magnificent treasure we hold in us…our precious Light? Our gratitude and the realization that we are not here to be simply entertained by life, by the Earth and all its beauty, and the people that are in it. And while we are not held duty bound by our response to its wonder and awe, we each have the ability…we have response-ability, to know and to find our balance, to be in step with what is…and what is, is Everything.
And when we do respond, what flies away is everything that stands in the way. Our shadows fly away. We let them fly away. The veils drop. Our ego is a veil. Our so smartness is a veil. Our many identities are a veil. Everything we allow to keep us in the dark is a veil. And all of it requires our response, our attention, our offering to it, our exchange, our currency, to let it go so we can accommodate our attention to know our precious Light, the Wisdom we hold from ancient times. Not to be old and dated but to bring its steady balance to what could be next for us all. Us, living in harmony, not separate from Source or the Earth that nourishes us, not separate from any living being or thing…and I guess that means living in balance with all things and all beings.
It is far too easy to point a finger at those we feel are living their worst life. So easy to observe the imbalance we are in. Not so easy is our own. The time is ripe for us collectively to see together what is missing, and also what we have missed. The time is ripe to learn. The time is ripe to not keep missing. The time is ripe to offer healing and balance to ourselves and in so doing we give to each other and to the Everything that Is. The World, to Life and Existence, our Gratitude and Grace and Love and Being. We give our gentleness and care and kindness. These are the very things we need to respond to, not because we are duty bound, but because we realize we have the ability to so, and in so doing we realize that the brief time we have here is to know what we belong to, and to establish our light in such a way that it shines into everything we do and everyone…everyone.
What can we offer today as we give our attention to the collective sorrow and suffering we have observed this week? How can we respond? Our heart knows, our wisdom knows. Be still a bit, for a bit. I have to remind myself of the same things. I have to remind myself to stop. No matter how much we know, it sure seems we don’t enough to feel and know the balance that we most truly exist in,and we have lost step with. We have to step away every now and again, withdraw a bit, to wonder and inquire of our own being.
What does Nepal need from us today? How does the Earth want us to respond? What does death and dying ask of us? Everything wants our Light and Wisdom. Everything wants what we most truly are. Everything wants our Everything…and our Everything is our Precious Light.
Nepal is a natural disaster which in essence means nature suffered a lost of balance with such intensity that we all became aware of it. We are seeing more and more and more of such imbalance, loss of life and insurmountable suffering. What offering can we make today to bring balance to our life, and to offer what we can to our collective existence the wisdom we each carry to respond?
