Hi to All,
This week we will welcome two new instructors. Amanda Weisel, will be offering the Restorative Yoga for us this week. I have decided to make Tuesdays, for now, Restorative Yoga Tuesday. Amanda will share alternate Tuesdays with Ruth Galli, who is also new to Heart Space. Marcia Finnigan, who is a “light worker” with many teachings and training’s to offer. will begin to offer a class/sessions on Wednesday mornings at 11AM to 4PM. She also will begin this week. Her information can be gathered from the link below.
Coming up this Friday will be our monthly Drum Circle with Christine Campbell.
Please allow yourself to enjoy a meditation with Pooja, as she will be moving within the next few months. And then this month we will be bidding Alana a blessed farewell on as her last meditation will be on April 24. Pooja will fill in here until we find another Meditation Monday instructor.
People move on, and things change. Heart Space, as well as my life experience keep informing me of the value of shift and change, even when we would much rather stay in our routine. I am seeing that there is practice and not routine at all. Nothing happens the same way twice in the natural world. And that is the world I wish to be in.

Upcoming Workshop, 4/29 and a save the date sort of event will be an Intro to Postures (http://www.heartspacemedia.com/events/bears-bears-bears-shamanic-evening-bears/) . This will be a short version with more intro material on the subject of Ancient Postures. Lisa Woodside has done extended workshops in Heart Space. I am happy and excited for this opportunity to offer this to those new to the topic and practice.

Sorry to miss the Saturday mail. Down with a cold and sore throat. Having tried to write, and deleting what I wrote several times I opted for a bit of poetry.
Inspired this week by the troubles , illness, and heartbreak of friends. The circle and cycle of life allow for it all. Seeing where we hold our balance, where we find our courage and discovering our resilience and our desire to continue is our journey forward.
Peace and blessings to all those in tough spots, taking life’s hard hits. To all of our dear friends, to those in this community, and in all communities, everywhere, that are having to find their way through difficult circumstances, we support you in finding your way through and emerge with soul and spirit united.
I know how difficult sorrowful times can be. They are our teachers if we allow them to be. We do not have to just heal from them, but we learn from them and we then serve others with the wisdom they have offered us.
In Heart Space we continue to offer anyone who comes through the door a way to find peace in the present moment no matter what it may be. The very first quote I read that made a deep incision into my perspective was this: ” When you change the way yo look at things the things you look at change”, followed by, ” Experiment is the only means of knowledge at our disposal. Everything else is poetry, imagination
.” Both by Max Planck. Together they, for me, created a new world. Trying, and or experimenting, with finding where the gift was in all my accumulated sorrow was the beginning of a journey that I see as vital to the deep inner happiness and knowing that is available to every being.
