Dear Friends and Community,
So much is happening all at once, everywhere. It has always been that way. Sometimes when it gets too close we notice more. Sometimes when we care we feel it more. Sometimes we think too much about it. And most times our thoughts cannot go far enough to know what to do. I feel we are thinking too much, and not truly feeling for what is next.
There has to be someone who can see a bit further who can point a way towards something to do. And there are many who see a bit further who are pointing a way towards what next to do. And that is the good news. And some are so ready to listen. And that is why, when someone does know, and they are ready to point the way, they do so for those that are ready to hear with a different set of ears, and listen, as if they know nothing, and learn as if they were a new piece of clay being re-made for new use.
And to who is ready and who is not cannot be a concern, or a reason especially to hold back. One cannot worry about who is not ready, or who will be offended. All of us must be ready, almost at any moment, to realize what new thing about this life, about our life, about existence, that is so fresh and new, that we almost feel it as true, or we wish it were…we wish we could believe it were true. That is a big leap. It will require trust. It will need some energy from us to experience it as true.

In The Aether…
I am pointing a way towards falling into onesself, the same way that I was pointed towards. Not to ignore the world, or our country. Not to negate our glorious physical life or what we do in it. Not to be holy perfect by no means. More like holy sacred. Respectful of our human life and how we got to be here in it. Adding something more. The more that has been lost, and forgotten, the more that has been negated by a steady stream of conditioning that has left us striving and not thriving, and unaware of our true strength and where it lies. We have to be ready to remember. Willing to know the power that awaits our remembering that makes this political nonsense look as dumb as it truly is. Need I mention cruel, unkind, and seething with misery and dis-ease. Willing to be honest, ready to be free. Realizing, we are in a moment where the opportunity is abundant for such realization. And to ask our deep and knowing spiritual heart, “is now the time, am I ready for freedom”?
What we are remembering is that we are ancient. Be more specific. Very ancient. We have been here and done this so many times and each time there is an opportunity to listen and remember, or to ignore and forget. The problem is it goes like this…”our spiritual growth is as painful as our resistance to it”(WWS)…as in, “what we resist persist”. (CJ) You see we have to listen to voices that tell the truth about the condition of being human, and the journey towards ones spirit and joy.
The Aether is the Existence that holds us here. Also remembers us as always being here. IT never forgets or loses sight of our vibration, our sound on the earth, our note. Our bodies are just vehicles, containers for what IT knows us to be. It waits until we are ready to experience our own remembering. It is attached to us, we cannot be forgotten. There are no spiritual orphans. It nudges and gives us a glimpse now and again. Tucked away in our vibration is our power to be free. And who has not felt that feeling of wanting to be free…or even allowed the words to escape from your depth?
The rules of knowing such freedom are the rules we resist. My experience is that the rules were made purposely too vague for us to understand. Not really there for us learn, because to truly learn them renders us free and unable to be manipulated by the overlords of governments, religions, and society. Free people cannot be enslaved. Their sound and vibration is utterly overseen and graced by what has always known it forever, as part of IT-Self. It it fearless as well as timeless.
And when we do remember, we realize we have been everything. We have been trees and birds and animals and stones. Has it not been said…”the stones would cry out”, (Luke 19:40) in the absence of a voice to speak unstoppable truths. You can imagine them as inanimate, as we have been taught they are. My experience with them is they are just as alive, with their own note, and vibrational sound as we are. I do not need to convince you of what I cannot prove. I just know.
We have lived in the sea, and in the air, we are stardust, mountains and valleys. The Aether holds our imprint in the veil every time we pass through it, and it waits for us on our return, with the hope that one time we will be curious enough to want to remember, nudged a little further along, by a glimpse that is longer then a instant.
We pray for it to happen when we pray for peace. When we pray to know what to do in our next crisis. When we ask what is going on, we are nudged a bit further. But we then have to listen for where the answer will arrive. We have to listen. “Praying without listening, is like breathing without breathing out” (WWS). Voices telling a truth we can feel.
“If there is any magic to be found, it is in truth”. (WWS) Kids know it. And then we teach them to forget it, just as we did. And it is so hard to remember again. But not impossible hard. Just hard. And while we are willing to live a hard life, we become unwilling to be free from it. We are made for doing hard things greater than living a hard life in a hard world.
We have mistaken soft for flimsy and something with little power. If we can hold, or fathom, or better yet, remember that “love is the original ceremony”, and that ” the definition for perfection is trying”, and to feel the strength of the mountains being our muscles, the trees as our arms, the air as our breath, the rivers as our blood, the wind as our songs, and the oceans as our dreams, wishes and prayers, we begin to feel our personal lineage, and realize we know more then we can intellectually fathom.
But and yet, or yet and but…where ever it feels softer, we have to offer ourselves the time to question, and doubt, to ask , to pray…to reach out to the Aether…the element around us beyond the air, that contains us…if we ask in truth, truth will respond. Awakening is not about knowing what we do not know, it is about remembering what we have forgotten. It is not about knowing something new, it is about realizing something ancient. It is each of us learning to grow out and from the new thing we listened to, and the new thing we heard that sounded like a faint memory, that we wished, we could remember, that we wished was true.
Best to grow out and away from our own misery of forgetfulness, rather then to live in the misery of the miserable who will insist we believe we are miserable too, and insist they are the only light in this darkness. They are wrong, they are just fearful of our freedom. We just need to really consider who our freedom hinders, and who it gives power to. And the freedom that is most fearful is the one that grows from within. The one that cannot be taken away no matter what is taken from us. It is the iron in a wooden world that is on fire.
That iron is what we know ourselves to be when all is lost that can and will be lost. That iron is what is remembered of what can never be lost.
May all our inner searches find their mark. The freedom we find will move each of us uniquely to do what we feel we are called to do at this time. None of us are sure of what will happen to end the madness. What we can know is ourself and the unimaginable joy and freedom that it brings.
