Dear Friends and Community,
I am not sure how this mail is finding you this day with all that has happened, and all that has been said over the last couple of days. The problem is that I sure am not surprised. I feel it was imminent for there to be some sort of tragic political situation.There is a movement in this country towards bad outcomes. And I feel it has arisen out of our ignorance of the principals and powers that hold us here and our willingness to change them, rather than have them change us.
I am unsure as to who is all here in the email community, or who even gives it any attention. Many unsubscribe weekly, new ones come aboard. Welcome. I am no power house of words and ideas that resonate with the crowd. I don’t care to be seen as such. My mission is clear to me. I have not been asked or guided to stop…not yet.
And so I can only speak as if I belong to image atop the page. As I do. And has you do as well. This is a totem of divine feminine and masculine elegance and grace. Tree spirits belonging to the north direction. The direction of spirit and air and of the Great Mystery. It is the looking up direction that we cannot navigate or traverse without looking in. There is a way here that we are to honor, respect, realize, and surrender to if we are to feel and thrive in the well-being it alone can offer.
And there is so much abundance in it. So much freedom in it. Enough for everyone. It exist for all of us together. But in oh so many ways, we have turned it all from front to back, made crooked what is straight forward, turned it upside down and inside out, diluted and diminished its spirit and essence to the point of missing it entirely.
And we suffer as a result. All of us together feel its dis-ease. We are missing so much of what we are meant to have.
I will add a bit more to this after the weeks calendar and upcoming events.

As we go through these challenging times I hope you might consider one of our classes. It is good to be in community sharing thoughts, and ideas together.
Have We Moved On…as in away and gone?
I want to be clear here that all of us everywhere do some harm somewhere if and when we neglect the principals and the laws in place that either hold us here within the elements of existence or create the container for us to call ourselves Americans.
We have become a burger nation in that we want to have it all our way. We want the law of love to change for us, rather than us be changed by it. We have religion, but no religiousness. We have churches and temples, places of worship, but we have no personal inner sanctum, no ceremony to celebrate our gratitude for life. No prayer that asks, “show me the way things really are”. We tell the world and existence what we want from it, never giving a thought to ask what it wants from us. We cannot love God and hate our fellow countrymen. We see the results of that. If we want to maintain a religion, we must allow ourselves to be crystalized by it so we see ourselves in everyone.
When we lose our focus, we lose our way, and with it we lose our emotional intelligence to love and respect the beings we each are and we then miss the co-creative contributions we all can make for the good of us all. Seems we are very far away from that.
And we miss being Americans when and if we feel the laws don’t apply to us all. When we not longer adhere to the rule of law, to the constitution, to the desire of equal treatment for all, justice for all, equality for all, rights and freedoms for all,then we are missing out on what it means to be an American. And while that is a right protected under the law to feel the way we do, we do not impose or enforce our will, beliefs or ideologies on others.
Losing ones heart intelligence is a big deal. I am not so sure we will pull ourselves back from the edge of the hate cliff that both politics and religion have helped create. We are better than this. We are more than this. I am so tired of people being hurt. The hate is embarrassing. We are awash in violence and more violence is suggested. That is the loss of heart intelligence.
We cannot smart our way out of this. We have to soften towards the changes we each can make. The changes we know we have to make to offer our well-being to all people of all sorts. Otherwise, are we willing to be admit that we are neither truly religious, or wholly American, if we feel unmoved to love our neighbor as ourselves, or to want for all the freedoms we want for ourselves, if we feel unmoved by the sacred in them both.
This is what this time is for. A time for reflection, and contemplation. I don’t think anyone is taking this time lightly, at all. How can we? But I am not so sure how serious a time we might feel it is. I don’t feel we experienced just another day in America the other day. I feel it broke a bit more, that we broke a bit more.
