About Susan Albano
Susan first started practicing Yoga in 1995 in order to compliment her athletics of competitive swimming and running. She instantly enjoyed the benefits to her mind, body, and breath. Susan also discovered how helpful Yoga was in dealing with the residual effects of childhood trauma and grief. Susan continued to expand her knowledge of Yoga by exploring a variety of styles including Classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Restorative, Power, and Gentle Yoga. Most of all, Susan believes that Yoga includes breathing techniques and meditation to provide all of its holistic benefits. In 2014 Susan obtained her 250 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from YogaLife Institute in Devon, PA. She then continued her education by recently completing the Yin Restorative Teacher Training at Yogalife in 2015. Today, Susan manages her time as a parent to her two young children and developing her skills as both a Yoga student and a Yoga teacher. She continues to seek out ways to grow her knowledge and share it with other Yoga practitioners.
