Restoration Yoga Class Description
No prior yoga experience necessary for this class! We will be using props for every pose so that one may experience and benefit from the asanas without stress on joints or muscles. A yoga practice is one that unites body, mind and spirit, creating a space of a serenity and rejuvenation. This class will take you on a journey to consciously release tension in the body. It is an exercise in “letting go”
This practice will promote relaxation and nurture as well as improve range of motion and joint mobility, while reducing pain and the effects of stress. You will have 5 to 10 minutes in each pose to bask in your sweet spot and to find the breath that will bridge the body mind connection and create greater balance, harmony, ease and grace.
Namaste!
