Monday Meditation

This meditation begins the week in Heart Space. This meditation can vary in practice and form. The format no matter what the practice is, begins with a topic or a teaching. I often like to incorporate mantra around the teaching. Sometimes it is a guided meditation. Our stillness practice is 15 to 20 minutes. We conclude with a metta or loving kindness practice. As with any meditation the goal is to separate ourselves from our busy lives to connect with our inner stillness. Making this a practice helps attune every moment of our day with mindful awareness.
Our time together begins with a check in, and ends in discussion of experience or questions if any.
Because of COVID-19 the class right now is limited to 5 people. We are socially distanced and all must wear a mask.
