Creative expression is an effective and joyful way of honing awareness to live life in the present moment and awaken inspiration in daily life. No art experience necessary, bring your open and curious mind.
About Lindsay:
Lindsay Jamison CYT-500 is a yoga/meditation educator, energy practitioner and visual artist. She is certified in Inner Fire Yoga with over 1,000 hours of training in Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Usui Reiki Ryoho and Mindfulness Meditation. Lindsay specializes in creating unique, adaptive private yoga sessions for her clients. She incorporates yogic lifestyle counseling and philosophy, energy healing practices, shamanic journeying, visual art and meditation techniques based on each clients interests and needs. She also teaches group classes at Mellow Massage & Yoga, Yoga on Main, Independence Blue Cross and teaches corporate wellness seminars across the Greater Philadelphia Area.
