Meditation Monday

Welcome to a new year. What are some things that we might like to see happen in our life? One of the best ways to have things manifest is to be clear what it is we actually do want, and being in awareness as to why we want what we want. Meditation is a tried and true way to move our life forward. This practice tonight will consist of a weekly reading from one of the many authors that have assisted me in my practice, and journey into awareness. After the reading there will some remarks relevant to the reading, which will lead us into meditation. This will be a perfect practice for both beginners and those that have a practice.
