What Keeps You Afloat?
And Mantra OM Shanti OM

This will be our 4th week having in person meditation. So far all is going well with all the new protocols for keeping safe during the pandemic. Our class is not a fixed class, as there is always room, it seems for new attendees.
Our discussion this week will be to look at how we are doing with all the very many concerns we all seem to have at this time. I have been speaking with others about being overwhelmed and feeling as if they are fully saturated with worry and anxiety. Many people are not sleeping well, and some very little. We are experiencing real troubles in this country that we have never had , between the virus and political chaos. These are real concern for many of us. So how are we doing? Are we staying afloat, and if so what keeps us afloat? After our discussion we will stay with our mantra practice, followed by our meditation. Our mantra will be an easy one to do and to remember, OM Shanti OM. We will close the class with Soul Awakening Practice.
