Loving Kindness ~ Gratitude And Healing in Every Breath

This will be a meditation of both stillness and deep loving self awareness. Something we can all use when things around us begin to ramp up with seasonal responsibilities. A time to remember that in nature this is a time to be still. To give ourselves some inner time. Some time to reflect and be still. Some time to notice how we are breathing. Some time to heal ourselves with every breath. Some time to love ourselves in every breath.
What we do for ourselves, we will do for others. The more love and space we allow for ourselves, the more love and compassion we have to offer one another. This is a beautiful practice that I have learned from Thich Naht Hanh. I have adapted it in some ways, and I am thankful and appreciative of his dear soul for offering such healing to us by way of our own breath.
