Heart Journey

It is time to journey to our heart. What does the center of our being have to tell us. What can we ask?  We will weave the directions into our heart theme. It is always a good time to journey to our heart.

We usually do the same few things at this circle. We look to the four directions for their wisdom and insight. We usually have a theme to circle around. We talk about the good medicine that the circle offers to us. We try to hear the spirit of the drum as we also listen for our spirit speaking to us. We welcome our guides and ancestors to be with us. We drum.
