Heart Space at Seven Stones
Led by Victoria Price
Relax the body, still the mind, and release into pure awareness during this gentle yoga class. Classes will focus on slow, mindful movement and proper alignment. The breath will be used as an anchor throughout the class to deliver the mind back to stillness, and classes will conclude with an extended savasana and gentle breathwork. Throughout the weeks, I will offer a variety of visualizations, mantras, and intention-setting techniques to help you strengthen your personal practice.
Class is limited to 5 students. Preregister is required. All must wear a mask.
Victoria Price is a teacher and student of yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing. She has studied in Jaipur, Neyyar Dam, and Dharamsala in India, and she has taught and studied in Philadelphia and Boston in the United States. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Chandra Yoga International in 2016 and a 12-hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Training with Transformation Yoga Project in 2018.
