Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Expect the crystal singing bowls to balance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The unique vibrations move through your body to create a relaxed, meditative state. Through meditation, you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of seven crystal singing bowls to heal and relax your mind.
Before the crystal bowl sound healing meditation, we will describe how we are feeling physically, mentally, and/or spiritually. Afterwards, we will talk about our experiences with crystal bowl sound healing.”

About Anna

Anna Youhouse has an undergraduate degree in psychology and is currently a doctoral student to become a clinical psychologist. She discovered crystal bowl sound healing while taking a beach yoga class. She felt an extraordinary amount of peace listening to healing frequencies and the ocean waves. Anna hopes to bring relaxing, healing frequencies for others to experience. Her interests in sound healing include mindfulness, meditation, and healing our energy centers to become aligned with our soul’s unique journey. Anna is passionate about healing ourselves, so that we can bring love and peace to others.
