Adding this new offering to our community. As we know there are a variety of ways and methods to attune and nourish ourselves so we can feel well and whole. This is a new in Heart Space, with the option of adding methods you may be familiar with, such as Reiki, and Sound Healing.

John is a regular in Heart Space, a long-time attender of meditation, drum circle and other events. He has also offered events, centered around his Reiki practice, with music, sound and vibration. He has also offered a Reiki share in Heart Space. We are honored of offer this new event that has been in the works for some time. It is a moment where manifestation and fruition come together in service for the wellness of others.

Below is the information about the method and ways of V.A.S.T. For some that might be important. I can say that from my brief experience on the table it was something I would like to experience again. It was relaxing with deep self’- healing potential.

John will be in Heart Space every Thursday. He will set his schedule according to sessions booked per your request. You must contact John personally through his website to request all perinate information about a session. In order for me to create this event I must put a beginning and ending time. You and John will create the time you are in Heart Space.

What is V.A.S.T.?

Vibroacoustic sound therapy or as we call it VAST is a new sound technology that uses audible sound vibrations to reduce symptoms, invoke relaxation, and alleviate stress. This technology is developed based on the recognition that external vibration can influence body function. Research demonstrates the effectiveness of vibroacoustic sound therapy. Below are some highlights of the basics and history of VAST!

VAST is nourishment for the body, mind and soul.

The original Ingredient of our soulful meal is named “VAT “or simply Vibro-acoustic therapy. We combine the VAT technology with our own “ingredients” by incorporating music, sound, and frequencies based on a more holistic approach. Think of this as the spice for our meal. And for dessert tonight we will be offering several different options such as adding Reki and adding other holistic healing instruments. The options is now available on John’s website.

• The therapeutic frequencies will calm the body and resonate with your chakras and the entrancing music will calm the mind. The vibrations will help the body and mind enter a deep state of tranquility.

• The practical applications of Sound being used in treatments have been present in cultures throughout history. Early cultures such as the Aborigines, (as well as many others) a tribal group from Australia, have used sound to heal the ill. They would use a yidaki, a traditional instrument in which blown air would create very low vibrations.

• The concept of Vibro-Acoustics is incorporated into the table pad with soundtracks composed by vibroacoustic expert, Dr. Lee R. Bartel. the world’s foremost authority on vibroacoustic therapy’s research. The music is embedded with specific frequencies to coax your Chakras to be more balanced as well as your brain into different states of mind. The carefully constructed soundtracks encourage healthy neural activity. Relax or energize your body as your mind synchronizes with the rhythm. We also are adding some of our “Rock and Reiki. soundtracks with embedded frequencies.

• Years of scientific research have shown that specific low frequency sound pulsations and beautiful brainwave entraining music have powerful therapeutic effects on our health and well-being.

• Drawing on years of experience, Dr. Bartel has created tracks that help you relax by stimulating alpha brainwaves, or help you get energized and solve problems by stimulating your Theta brainwaves and can get you ready for sleep by stimulating deep sleep delta brainwaves.

• Delta wave (0.5-4.0 Hz) Delta waves are associated with the deepest levels of physical relaxation. Delta is the rhythm of dreamless sleep, and its presence usually corresponds with physical rejuvenation and healing.

• Theta wave (4.0-7.0 Hz) Theta waves reflect a state of mind that is attuned to intense creativity, visualization, and subconscious problem solving in a non-sleep state, as well as emotional healing in the sleep state. Theta waves are produced during deep meditation, dreaming and daydreaming.

• Alpha wave (7.0-12.0 Hz) Alpha waves indicate an alert state with a quiet mind (e.g. a person who has completed a task and sits down to rest is often in an Alpha state). Increased Alpha is often present in the brainwaves of people who practice meditation, yoga, and tai chi.

• ¬¬Beta wave (12.0-27.0 Hz) Beta waves are associated with normal waking states that we experience from day to day at work and play. In Beta states, we are highly alert and focused – busy computing, arranging, and organizing – making sense of the external world. Beta is increased in moments of stress or anxiety, enabling us to manage situations and solve immediate problems.

Johnny Trip
John’s journey started in 2017. After going through a
dark period in his life, he discovered bio energy healing.
Working with meditation and different methods of energy
healing he started to focus on Chakra and Aura healing
modalities and developed a small following. After a short
time, he was introduced to Reiki. Within 18 months, he
completed all 3 levels of Reiki, advancing to a Master
level, seemingly not able to satisfy his desire to learn
more. With having learnt from several different Masters
and combining his experience with the bio energy healing
and his love of music, he has been working diligently on
this project fusing Music with what he has learned from all
the different people and modalities. John is involved with
several different meditation and energy healing groups as
well as Reiki shares throughout the Delaware Valley.

different types of Sherpas . Some are constantly in my life
and helping me climb the mountain others have come in
taught me something helped me from one point to another
and are gone on their own path. But all have helped me
work my way toward the top. Towards enlightenment That
