An Evening with an Egyptian Lion Goddess: Sekhmet
An Ancient Posture facilitated by Lisa N Woodside, MA, MA. PhD.
Postures: Certain ancient poses are portals to a special holistic experience for health and welfare. They do ask for respect. They have reappeared at this time of need to support us to grow.
Sekhmet is one of the oldest goddesses known. Her head is the mighty lion. This evening we shall work with:
1. Sekhmet’s aspect of death and rebirth (initiation);
2. Our Soul and Spirit;
3. Our development of our Awareness and Soul;
4. Our humor, fun, and lightheartedness. Souls love laughter.
5. This is a seated position
