Hi to All,
We have wonderful classes scheduled for this week, that I hope you will consider. I am diligently trying to peak your interest to join our community and share the experience and wisdom of the teachers and practitioners that offer these classes here in Heart Space. They offer to you the heart of their practice. New this week, we have, Restorative Yoga, a Medicine Wheel workshop and a Community Circle. Also, our new website will go live very soon.

I hope that this weeks events will offer you some insight as to how I would like to go forward, this year, with Heart Space events and classes.. I have always wanted to offer a space that continues to add to the wellness and wholeness of body, mind and spirit, of every person who walks through the door.
Creating a space that is safe to be in, for whatever may be the reason you arrived. I am learning that creating this community is difficult. I am trying to find all the best ways to say I care about us, as individuals, and as a community. It has been an enormous challenge, for me, to visit this place every week, for over a year now, to offer myself and some words to this community online. Especially this past year! In Heart Space, we have shared friendship. We have met with tears, with love and concern and with great joy and laughter. I am heartened by this community of seekers.
I do this each week to offer connection. To allow us to feel, even if for a moment, even if it is just here, that we share much of the same concerns and fears about ourselves, our life, our loves and our world. That we fight the same battles and share loss, love and bliss in our life experience, so at the very onset of seeing each other we already know how deep a connection there is between us.
We have this opportunity and ability to bring such joy and compassion to each other. I am just trying not to miss it. To find peace in all the uncertainty that swirls around my life, rest in the love that fills my heart, to share what I learn, and offer an extended hand to any that will take hold, just to feel the pulse of connection, so you can offer to me the same.
With each word here, with, each class and every event, I am reminded of this most wonderful Hafiz poem, where he asked, “do you know how beautiful you are”? Do we?
