Dear Friends and Community,
Before I begin to settle in to craft a message I will usually ask for guidance. Lately, I have been beginning each day the last couple of weeks with a few intuitive decks …one with just images and one with just a single word and one that reflects the hearts yearning for the next leap of faith. They have been helpful for me to meet myself honestly in this moment and time we are in. They are helpful in keeping me attentive to myself and the things we cannot loose sight of, while not being distracted by the chaotic minutia that wants us breathless with fear,and ungrounded by our emotions. They have, the guides and muses, proved they are trustworthy at a time when guidance is most needed.
They touch the place in us that is truly us. It is me calling to myself and being still enough to listen, pay attention and allowing myself to take the guidance of my higher self. There is no confusion there. Clear as a bell, there is only the good stuff. The parts of us we truly want to show up as and be in this world, if it weren’t for our thinking with our big great brains running things amuck.
The image cards pulled above were the response to what do we need to know, what am I to say, or write about. My word cards, were LOVE, and DETERMINATION. And the heart cards were Open, and Journey, and the medicine offered to them: Purpose and Believe. And I don’t pull cards before I offer the email, but I wanted to feel really sure about what we are being asked right now to contemplate. Because in that place within me, is you, and all the others we think there are…in that place we are us.
So down the page, after the weeks schedule and upcoming events, I will share what has arisen out of us through this loving and tender guidance.

Calling To Ourselves…
Perhaps even calling on ourselves. And this is for all who feel ready to hear something akin to tender and loving. Or if you feel like you are ready to be nurtured by your very self. Is it time to slip away from the poison being offered? We can feed ourselves.
The Words…
LOVE…’although it feels impossible,except for those we choose we can love or want to love. That is finite thinking, not of the infinite higher mind. We annihilate the infinite with the finite. What is the unthinkable position? It can only be attained through love’. We are being asked to be more in this moment, than we often know how to be. Sometimes we just have to feel where that is coming from, and trust that somewhere within us we know exactly what we need to do.
DETERMINATION…It is a root response to this time to wonder how we will navigate what is going on. How can we help those in harms way? How can we assist those most in need? How do we take care of those we are responsible to care for? All good questions that need our attention and response. Be sure to be breathing. Be aware that you are not holding your breath through this time. Your energy for this time is circulated and expanded through breathing. So breathe. Take a moment a few times a day to say, ” I am breathing in and out. I am in this full bodied and aware. Allow that root to go deep to the core and center of the earth and listen to the guidance there. ” Learn from me to be steadfast on this path, even through others disturb you. For the earth continues in her orbit though burdened by many beings”.
The Images…
I first pulled the Woman. For me the divine feminine is our true self. Clear eyed and sure of the love that must come first. The way to do things informing how they are done. Looking to the more we are. Looking straight ahead, fearless because she knows the part love plays if we could just get there. The 2nd image, the Prophet who is weary with trying, but still speaks to those that dare hear to listen. and listen to learn. ‘There is no savior coming to fix things,please don’t take things so literally’. We are the second coming of both Buddhas and Christ. We are to be them…we are to allow them to lead us to where we each can realize the divine gift we are here to bring to our earth home. Especially at a time like this. And the middle 3d image, the Eye. The primordial knowing, constant and sure, never closing, not even to blink. We come from that and return to it over and over again…we are in fact a fragment and facet of it. And to know that all we need to do is seek ourselves. Find one
and the other is found. Find self and love is there. Find love and the primordial first breath is experienced.
Heart cards…
Open/Purpose…”do you know that everyone’s name is written on the stars. Conceived in the Great Mystery, born in divine time for your soul’s purpose. Now is the time to remember and recommit to your soul’s mission in this lifetime. You have all you need to support you”. And Journey/Believe…”suspend your doubts”, your fears,
“and look for the signs everywhere. You create your reality out of your beliefs so why not choose to believe that the most glorious reality is possible”. And the truth is that we are the possibility within the seed, written in the stars to be the living expression of the divine self here on earth. When we experience that, we are beyond belief; we know, and what we know we can trust.
We are the guides we are looking for. But the journey is an inner one. Our world, our country is experiencing the collective non-guidance of our self-governance of the highest order. We are not alone. We can seek the inner guidance. We can ask. We can pray. We can contemplate, and meditate. If we get a answer that leads us away from love. Start over, repeat and try again.
These are very trying times for us who have never experienced them. It takes time, patience and humility to land on the shore where we are ready to co-create with each other with love and respect. It begins with each of us individually. Step away from the noise, the clamor of nonsense that we truly know better than to dictate our next move.
Allow our next moves to be the breath we breathe for our own well-being. We are all part of a very expansive network of love. There are things to do. Lets allow our hearts and guides to inform our next moves. With grace and trust in things that don’t lie, we will get through this time.
I know it. I trust it to be a truth. I know it is not impossible.
