I welcome you here to this mail if you are among those new to this weekly email. It is always my hope that you will join us, if you can, in Heart Space. It is always my hope that you are being nudged toward your light…your brilliant light. And for all here, I will never stop saying this in all the ways that I can. We are here to shine our light, our great capacity to LOVE, onto each other, once it is realized as our greatest gift. When we awaken we LOVE, when we LOVE, we get honest. When we are honest, we care.

No Drum Circle tonight, Friday the 20th, due to the Media Five Mile Race scheduled for 7PM. It is changed to tomorrow, the 21st, at 7PM. Link is below.

Be A Light Unto Thyself…
I know what we are seeing in this country is quite converse to that. What we see is the buried, unattended, unwanted, and even denied, light, manifesting as fear and separation. As cruelty. It is base and below our animal instincts. It is below animal. A government that does more harm than good. More damage than repair. Its aim is fear of the other. Its ignorance is that there is no other. Its arrogance is the surety of its machinations. It is a lying machine that begs us not to care, to not pay attention, to ignore any and every virtue we have, and to drop down low, below the animal, and imagine, that in this mess, awash in deceit and corruption, in this vile and ugly mess, there is some monetary reward for ones fealty to it that can make up for all that is lost in spirit and lives. There are no bank accounts big enough to pay off the damage done to ones soul, done to ones being. This is a soul wrecking operation.
How are you coping? Responding? Feeling?
We are made to overcome and conquer the evil with the good. We have all we need to avail ourselves to the nectar of of our truest self…our light, our fragment of light, belonging to the Whole. In a bigger truth, this is the perfect time to be able to contrast this great visible dark cloud we are living under, with the light that keeps blinking like a car engine light, begging for the attention only we can give it. The realization that this machine, this government, this regime, has malfunctioned, its driver is insane, ignoring all the lights that are blinking, all the road signs to stop, and all of us on this trip, in this vehicle, are in trouble. Even those who feel they are not.
And it only requires us to pay attention to our light, to our brilliant inner roadmap, to no longer go along with it, in any of the ways we do, not even realizing we do. We cannot ignore it, or even imagine it is not as bad as it sounds, or looks. It is much worse.
I am suggesting that we love ourselves first and foremost. Not our stuff, or money or houses or cars or even our groceries. That we love, what was created. What has been given. What is and what stays when all other things go away.To see each other has having their light too. To realize we are not the choosers of who stays and goes because of the way we feel about them. We are showing up as flesh bodies, pretending to be human, with the work to remember we are divine. All of us are the same that way. There are no exceptions. Are you remembering you are divine?
If we do,the light we offer counters the darkness we are in. We get a unframed view…a divine view of what Love truly looks like, and feels like. We see the Sun…the Father of effulgent Light, the white light of celestial fire, rising up in our heart to do the next right things in our life, for ourself, and for all others because we realize there is no separation in that region of inner light.
Look in, look up. Grow tall with deep roots held to the Earth, connected and rooted to the work we have to do here for self and others, as a family…we are a family. And allow the the SUN to shine through you from above…from the Father of us All, allow the Moon to rise in you, from the Mother of us All, and allow the Child of them both to be realized as each of us. As we are meant to see, see, as we are meant to feel, feel, as we are meant to LOVE,LOVE, as we are meant to do, do, as we are be, be.
This is not the stuff I was taught through any religion, this is the stuff, that through silence and seeing I have come to know. No climbing to the highest peaks, no living in a cave, no special breathing practices, no fasting or body contortions. No pilgrimage to the East or anywhere. Our universe within is vast enough and the tour is personally mapped out for what we each need to see, and know to grow. Stillness and contemplation on what we will observe is it! Some guides to point a way to the pathless path. A Buddha, a Christ, the Ancients, and for me an Osho, calling himself a friend and no more. Each and all of them asking us to realize who we each are.
I can only hope more and more we continue to know, so we can continue to allow our light to inform our hearts so our decisions reflect the capacity of Love we feel for ourselves as each other. There is no end to what is infinite, so we just keep growing brighter, learning to know by our experience. Bless us all in our journey of knowing.
Some things we can do:
In this environment we will have to lend a hand to support the things we want to stay. Public radio and television. Our president through DOGE has stopped much needed nourishment to children at home and abroad. There are many sites that offer food assistance to literally starving children and families. No matter where I send money, I will always check their record of integrity to the mission. So much assistance has been stopped so almost in any sector that we feel compelled to support, there is a way to help.
